How to Request Account Deletion
RV Help is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your data.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Send an email to support@rvhelp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your RV Help account
- We'll process your request and send confirmation within 72 hours
What We Delete:
- Personal profile information
- Contact details
- Account preferences and settings
- Search history and saved locations
- Messages and communication history
- If you're a service provider: all data associated with your business profile
What We Retain:
- Anonymized usage data for analytics purposes
- Reviews you've posted (which will become anonymous)
- Transaction records required for legal and accounting purposes (retained for 7 years, as required by law)
