1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RV Help, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• We encourage users to provide accurate information to ensure the best possible experience
• We recommend using strong passwords and keeping login credentials secure
• One account per user is recommended

2.2 Service Provider Requirements

• Must maintain current licenses and insurance
• Must pass background checks when required
• Must maintain accurate availability information
• Must respond to service requests within specified timeframes

2.3 RV Owner Guidelines

• We recommend providing relevant information to help match with appropriate service providers
• We encourage users to honor scheduled appointments
• Users are welcome to provide feedback and reviews based on their experience

3. Platform Services

3.1 Service Scope

• Platform facilitates connections between RV owners and service providers
• Platform is not responsible for service quality or completion
• Platform does not guarantee service provider availability

3.2 Platform Discretion and Visibility

RV Help operates as a private directory and referral service. We reserve the right to:

• Determine which service providers appear in search results and recommendations
• Adjust the visibility, prominence, or ranking of any listing at our sole discretion
• Prioritize or deprioritize listings based on quality, performance, user feedback, compliance with our terms, or other business considerations
• Remove or limit access to listings without prior notice

No Guarantee of Visibility: Listing on RV Help does not guarantee any specific level of visibility, placement, or referrals. Service provider visibility may be adjusted at any time based on our editorial discretion and business judgment.

Editorial Control: As a private directory, we exercise editorial control over all listings and maintain the right to curate which service providers we recommend to RV owners seeking services.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Data Protection and Proprietary Rights

All data, content, and information on the RV Help, Inc. platform ("Platform Data") is our proprietary property.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated methods to collect Platform Data
• Copying, storing, or aggregating Platform Data for any purpose
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our proprietary algorithms or methods
• Sharing or selling any Platform Data to third parties
• Using Platform Data for competitive analysis or to create competing services

Any unauthorized collection or use of Platform Data will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action. Users agree to report any known or suspected unauthorized data collection activities.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• False or misleading information
• Harassment or abuse
• Circumvention of platform fees
• Unauthorized commercial activities
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior that negatively impacts the platform community
• Any conduct that violates community standards or platform policies

4.4 Review Guidelines

4.4.1 Why reviews exist, and what RV Help does with them

Reviews on RV Help exist so RV owners can share what happened when they hired a service provider, and so other RV owners can make informed decisions.

RV Help publishes reviews. We do not verify or endorse them as RV Help’s own views. A review reflects the reviewer's own experience and opinion, not the position of RV Help.

RV Help does not decide who was right. When a review is disputed, we do not investigate whether the repair was performed correctly, whether the diagnosis was accurate, or whether the price was fair. Those are disputes between the RV owner and the service provider. We review only whether the review itself complies with these guidelines. A review that complies stays published even if the service provider disagrees with every word of it.

4.4.2 Who may leave a review

Who may leave a review. Anyone who hired a service provider — whether the job was booked through RV Help or arranged directly — may leave a review. Payment through the platform is not required, and a job that was scheduled but never completed is still reviewable.

Verified reviews come from a completed on-platform transaction — a job requested, accepted, and paid through RV Help. Verified reviews display a "Verified Job" badge and the service date, and are published automatically.
