Platform policy

What we stand behind

The 30-day nationwide workmanship guarantee applies to every repair paid in full through RV Help. RV Help is the guarantor — we coordinate the corrective repair and we cover the cost. And unlike a technician's personal guarantee, the coverage isn't tied to one shop or service area: it travels with your RV, and we find a qualified technician wherever you are when something fails.

If a repair paid through RV Help fails due to workmanship within 30 days of completion, we cover the parts and labor to make it right — up to the original repair amount, with no deductible, anywhere in the country.

Coverage

What's covered

Parts and labor on the original job

Coverage applies to the specific repair completed and paid through RV Help.

Capped at the original repair amount

Your maximum coverage matches what you paid for the repair on the platform.

No deductible on an approved claim

RV Help covers the corrective repair up to what you paid for the original service. Anything above that is quoted to you before work begins.

Your say on who does the work

Your original technician gets the first opportunity to put it right. If you would rather not, we find someone else.

Claims process

How to use the guarantee

Customers submit claims from this page. We review every claim and keep you informed through resolution.

1

Submit your claim within 30 days.

Select Submit a claim and tell us what failed. Include photos or video if you have them, and your original job number. The 30-day window runs from the date your repair was completed; claims must be submitted within that window.

2

We confirm eligibility.

We verify the original job was paid in full through RV Help and that the issue ties back to the original repair. Our team reviews and responds within two business days.

3

We coordinate the corrective repair.

Your original technician gets 48 hours to take the work back. If they decline, do not respond, or you would rather use someone else, RV Help locates another independent technician. Parts and labor are covered up to the original repair amount, and any cost above that is quoted to you first.

4

We close the loop.

The claim is complete once the corrective repair is done and you confirm the issue is resolved. We document the outcome on your account.
