A complete annual LP system inspection including regulator lock‑up/flow testing, visual inspection of all lines and fittings, appliance ignition/flame pattern checks, and a full system pressure test without opening the system.

Verification of manifold pressure and proper combustion for a single LP appliance (water heater, furnace, stove, refrigerator, or hydronic system). Includes ignition check, flame pattern evaluation, and pressure adjustment if needed. PRICE IS FOR EACH APPLIANCE NEEDED.

Removal and replacement of the LP regulator, inspection of pigtails, verification of vent orientation, and post‑installation pressure testing. Includes adjustment of lock‑up and flow pressure.
