Requirements for a Complete Inspection To perform the most comprehensive inspection possible: 120V shore power must be available to properly test appliances and electrical systems. Fresh water must be available in the RV's fresh-water tank to test the water pump, plumbing system, fixtures, and check for leaks. DEALERSHIP/SELLER MUST PROVIDE BATTERY, PROPANE, AND WATER HOSE WITH HOOK TO WATERSOURCE . The RV should be accessible inside and outside, including compartments and storage areas. Any system that cannot be tested due to unavailable utilities, access restrictions, weather conditions, or other circumstances will be clearly documented in the inspection report.
