RV Maintenance
Rooftop AC Service
- Clean both sets of coils inside roof unit using foaming AC coil-cleaning solution and rinse with low pressure water - Clean accumulated dirt from inside the rooftop unit. - Test AC compressor and fan with SkillAbove Peacemaker AC test unit - Clean interior filter(s) - Test AC control board with SkillAbove Light Bulb AC control box test unit - Run AC from RV thermostat and confirm minimum 20 degree temperature delta

Tanked Water Heater Cleaning
- Drain hot water tank (remove pressure valve and drain plug) - Inspect anode rod (if present) - Clean inside of tank with high-pressure water, removing accumulated sediment and mineral build-up - Remove any insect nests from water heater assembly - Install pressure valve and drain plug with new pipe tape - Check (correct as necessary) alignment of gas burner assembly - Fill water heater - Test water heater with all power sources

Tankless Water Heater Service
- Disconnect water heater from plumbing - Run descaling solution through water heater for 45 minutes - Flush water heater with fresh water - Check propane burner assembly for alignment and insect intrusion - Reconnect to plumbing - Test water heater

I use an electric sewer jetter to pressure wash the inside of an RV holding tank (black or grey).

New Owner/New RV Training
I take the RV owner through every system on the RV, explaining how it works, how to use it, what it's for, how to maintain it, and how it works with the rest of the RV. I answer any questions the owner has about the RV and its systems so the owner is comfortable enjoying the RV.
