Class A Elite Inspection
Elite Class A Motorhome Inspection The Elite Class A inspection is a comprehensive, full-day evaluation designed to help buyers understand the true condition of the motorhome before purchase. The inspection covers the major coach systems, including the roof, exterior sidewalls, sealants, slideouts, awnings, chassis-related visible components, running gear, tires, batteries, 120V AC and 12V DC electrical systems, plumbing, LP gas system, appliances, HVAC, generator operation, safety devices, and interior components. During the inspection, the RV is operated as close to normal use as possible. Systems are powered up, appliances are tested, plumbing fixtures are run, electrical outlets are checked, LP pressure testing is performed, and available onboard equipment is evaluated for proper operation. The goal is to identify visible defects, safety concerns, maintenance needs, water-intrusion risks, and items that may require repair or further evaluation before closing.

Elite Class C Inspection
The Elite Class B inspection is a detailed evaluation designed to help buyers understand the true condition of the van-style motorhome before purchase. The inspection covers the major coach systems, including the roof, exterior body, windows, sealants, awning, tires, visible chassis-related components, batteries, 120V AC and 12V DC electrical systems, inverter/charger equipment when installed, plumbing, LP gas or diesel-fired systems when equipped, appliances, HVAC, generator or auxiliary power systems, safety devices, and interior components. During the inspection, the RV is operated as close to normal use as possible. Electrical systems are powered up, outlets are tested, plumbing fixtures are run, appliances are operated, HVAC is checked, battery charging is evaluated, and available onboard equipment is tested for proper function. The goal is to identify visible defects, safety concerns, maintenance needs, water-intrusion risks, and items that may require repair or further evaluation before purchase.
