Clients are strongly encouraged to attend the inspection. Following along provides valuable hands-on education about the RV’s systems, operation, maintenance, and overall condition — and it’s a lot of fun! Systems Included in the Peace of Mind RV Inspection 1. Roof Roof material, seams, sealants, penetrations, attachment methods, and visible signs of damage or water breech. 2. Exterior Sidewalls, front and rear caps, windows, doors, trim, awnings, slide-outs (up to 2), slide mechanisms and seals, compartment doors, and overall exterior condition including water breaches. 3. Undercarriage & Chassis Tire age, condition, tread depth, and pressure; visible suspension components, frame condition, hitch/receiver, stabilizers, leveling systems, breakaway switch, and visible undercarriage components. 4. Interior General interior condition, workmanship, signs of water damage, soft spots, and visible defects. 5. Electrical Systems 120V AC and 12V DC systems including: • Batteries • Converter/charger • Shore power connection • GFCI outlets • Basic electrical functionality 6. Plumbing Systems Fresh, gray, and black water systems including: • Water pump operation • Visible leaks • Faucet and fixture operation • Basic plumbing functionality 7. LP Gas System LP tanks, regulator, visible gas lines, and appliance operation. 8. Appliances & Safety Systems • Air conditioners (up to 2) • Furnace • Water heater • Refrigerator • Microwave • Oven and stove Safety equipment inspection includes: • Fire extinguisher(s) • Smoke detector(s) • Propane detector • Carbon monoxide detector • Emergency exit window operation Optional Add-On: Generator & Fuel System Inspection Available for an additional charge: • Generator operation • Oil level and condition • Output testing • Transfer switch operation • Hertz verification • Fuel system inspection • Visible leaks • Circuit breakers and fuses • Hour meter review Final Report Findings will be delivered electronically via text and include an itemized list of identified issues along with supporting pictures when appropriate. Inspection Scope This inspection is visual and operational in nature. No destructive testing, disassembly, or invasive procedures are performed. Hidden defects and intermittent issues may not be detectable during the inspection.
